Our designs are focused on selling your home fast
Our staging process is seamless and results-driven. We start with a property evaluation where we assess floor plan and functionality. We then coach you on the value of any minor updates. Next, we focus on decluttering and giving the property a deep cleaning. Our team then curates a custom staging design, selecting furniture and décor to highlight your home’s best features. Staging is completed within 24-72 hours, with a 90-day furniture rental agreement with flexible extensions. Once the home is sold or removed from the market, we provide swift de-staging within 24-72 hours, ensuring a smooth transition.
