Next, we focus on decluttering, personalization, and giving the property a deep cleaning. Our team curates a custom staging design, selecting furniture and décor to highlight the home’s best features. Staging is completed within 24-72 hours, with a 90-day furniture rental agreement and flexible extensions. Once the home is sold or removed from the market, we provide swift de-staging within 24-72 hours, ensuring a smooth transition.
